A Meditation Inspired by Pope Francis
The lamp of faith must be nourished by the oil of love. We prepare to meet Christ not through fear, but by recognizing him in the ordinary moments of each day—in prayer, kindness, forgiveness, and service to those in need. We cannot wait until tomorrow to begin loving God and our neighbor. Every quiet act of charity adds oil to our lamp and keeps its flame burning. If we live faithfully today, we can await the Bridegroom with peace, confident that he will lead us into the eternal wedding feast.
May the Sacred Heart of Jesus fill your day with peace and confidence in His loving care.
